Description of Product:

HDPE is a highly crystalline non-polar thermoplastic resin formed by copolymerization of ethylene and a small

amount of A-olefin monomers. High density polyethylene is synthesized at low pressure, so it is also called low

pressure polyethylene. HDPE is mainly linear molecular structure with few branches. High crystallinity and density.

It can withstand high temperature and has good

rigidity and mechanical strength and resistance to chemical corrosion. The full range of HDPE products produced

by Sinopec covers all applications of HDPE, including film, blow molding, extrusion molding, injection molding,

piping, wire and cable, and production of chlorinated polyethylene substrates.

HDPE is suitable for many plastic molding methods. Blow molding can be used to make various types of bottles,

cans and industrial cans, drums. Injection molding is used to make various containers and daily necessities, such

as POTS, buckets, baskets, furniture and so on. Extrusion molding is used to manufacture pipe, tape, fiber,

monofilament, also can be used to manufacture wire and cable coating material and synthetic paper. HDPE can

also be used as an alternative to wood and cardboard in calcium-plastic packaging containers, furniture, doors

and Windows with the addition of a large amount of inorganic filler.
